Silver Spring

Silver Spring covers everything from downtown apartment towers to the bungalow streets of Woodside and Takoma Park and the postwar neighborhoods out toward Four Corners and Wheaton. Most of our work here is recurring residential cleaning on a biweekly schedule, plus a steady volume of lease turnovers downtown.

For apartments and condos, the turnover checklist is the same one building managers inspect: inside cabinets, drawers, closets, and appliances, then baseboards, switch plates, fixtures, window sills and tracks, and floors last. We photograph the finished unit before handover.

Older houses in Woodside and Takoma Park usually benefit from a deep clean before any routine starts, particularly for grout, original tile, and fixture scale. We will say so at the walkthrough, and we will also say when it is not necessary.
