College Park

College Park runs on an academic calendar, and so does the cleaning. The heaviest turnover window is late spring through August, when student leases end and landlords need units cleaned, inspected, and re-let inside a narrow gap. We book those dates well ahead and hold the crew for them.

Student rental turnovers are deep work rather than routine cleaning: inside every appliance, cabinet, and closet, grout and bathroom fixtures scrubbed, walls spot-cleaned, baseboards and door frames wiped, and floors done last. Photos of the finished unit go to the owner or manager for the record.

For the residential neighborhoods around the university, Calvert Hills, Hollywood, Berwyn Heights, and Riverdale Park, we run ordinary weekly, biweekly, and monthly house cleaning on a written checklist with the same team each visit.
