Burke

Burke is family territory, and family homes have a specific cleaning profile: more bathrooms in use, more floor traffic, pet hair on carpet and stairs, and kitchens that get worked every night. Our Burke clients mostly run biweekly, which is the frequency where a busy household stays ahead of things without paying for a weekly visit it does not need.

The cluster townhome communities in Burke Centre and around Lake Braddock have their own quirks, mostly carpeted stairs, narrow landings, and finished lower levels that get skipped by faster services. Those go on the written checklist on day one so they are not a negotiation later.

One-time deep cleans before the holidays or after a long stretch without service are common here too, and they are usually the smart move before starting a routine. We will tell you which one your home actually needs at the walkthrough.
