Alexandria splits into two very different cleaning jobs. Old Town means narrow historic townhouses with original wood floors, steep stairs, brick, and fixtures that will not tolerate the wrong product. Del Ray, Rosemont, and Seminary Hill mean bungalows and mid-century homes with more square footage and more forgiving surfaces.

We treat the historic properties accordingly: pH-appropriate products on sealed wood, no abrasives on original hardware or tile, and careful handling around plaster and trim. It takes longer and it is the only responsible way to clean a house that old.

Short-term rentals are common throughout Old Town and along the waterfront, and we run full turnovers with restocking and a finished-unit photo set. Move-in and move-out cleaning, deep cleans, and recurring service are all available on written quotes.
